         <description><![CDATA[This error plagued me for a little while. I'm not sure what is going on but I have been able to reproduce this error. I'm using Visual Studio 2005 along with IIS 5.1. If I leave a browser open, since I'm developing web apps., to view the pages from an IIS directory everything works fine. Once I build the project in VS then I no longer can view the page/app in that web browser and receive the error. In order to clear this error I needed to restart IIS via the Services control panel.]]></description>
